The property should be clean, accessible, and presentation-ready before the scheduled production window.
Access
The client is responsible for confirmed access, permissions, parking information, and any building or community requirements.
Weather
Weather-dependent services may be rescheduled when conditions affect safety, legal operation, or the intended visual result.
Drone availability
Drone work depends on weather, airspace, location, safety, access, and legal flight authorization.
Twilight timing
Evening production uses a narrow natural-light window and requires the property, landscape, and lighting to be ready in advance.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Applicable notice periods, fees, and exceptions must be defined in the approved production agreement.
Delayed access
Access delays may reduce available coverage or require additional production time and fees.
Property not ready
A property that is not ready may be photographed as presented, rescheduled, or subject to additional production charges.
Travel
Travel outside the confirmed Miami and South Florida production area is scoped and approved before the production date.
Revision requests
Included revisions are limited to the approved scope; new creative direction or added deliverables may require a revised proposal.
Media licensing
Casa Edition Miami retains copyright unless a written agreement states otherwise. The client receives a limited marketing license for the commissioned listing and the client's own professional promotion.
Third-party licensing
Use by designers, builders, publications, developers, additional agents, or future listing agents may require separate permission or licensing.
Delivery
Turnaround begins after production and after all required information, selections, approvals, and payments are received.
Archiving
Delivery and archive periods must be stated in the final agreement; permanent storage is not implied.
Virtual staging disclosure
Virtual staging and conceptual alterations must be labeled and must not deceptively change permanent property conditions.
Payment terms
Retainers, balances, payment timing, and remedies must be confirmed in the signed agreement or accepted proposal.
Expanded usage
Editorial, publication, advertising, and other third-party uses may require different written permissions or licensing terms.
