Production note
The $100 per-property service covers one residence and an agreed selection of interior photographs. Severe clutter or extensive reconstruction is reviewed before the standard price is accepted; any revised scope or price requires approval. This is a digital presentation, not physical furniture removal. Adding replacement furniture is a separate Virtual Staging service.
